HOW WE MEASURE
Across the widest point at ground level, including the root flare — not just the narrow cut surface.
Starting prices help you plan. The technician confirms exact site conditions before work.
STARTING PRICES
For one simple local stump, pricing starts at $200. Your technician checks access, stump size, visible roots and cleanup options, then confirms the final price before work begins.
Across the widest point at ground level, including the root flare — not just the narrow cut surface.
Access, slope, root spread, extra depth, rock, concrete, embedded metal, travel and cleanup volume.
The truck and grinder are already on site, so additional normal-access stumps receive same-visit pricing.
POPULAR ADD-ONS
Grinding removes the stump, but most yards still need a clean finish. These add-ons help turn the spot into a safer, cleaner, ready-to-use part of the yard without scheduling a second visit.
Stump grinding + chip haul-away + topsoil and rough grade. Best when you want the area ready for grass, mulch, or new landscaping.
We remove the bulky grindings so the yard does not look like a fresh wood-chip pile after the stump is gone.
After chips are removed, we bring the area closer to the surrounding yard grade so it is not left as a soft depression.
Seed, starter material, and straw on prepared soil to help the area start blending back into the lawn.
Approved surface roots can be ground or reduced when access, utilities, hardscape, and soil conditions allow.
If you want to keep some chips, we can spread them into an approved bed or natural area instead of leaving a mound.
Extra cleanup, light debris handling, and prep around the stump area before landscaping, fencing, or small tree replacement.
Price depends on access, chip volume, slope, root spread, soil needed, and whether materials can be moved safely without damaging lawn, irrigation, hardscape, or utilities.
